It is a requirement that all personnel undertaking or supervising food handling operations are able to effectively manage food safety risks. They must have up-to-date knowledge of the FSMS program as well as their individual responsibilities for food safety commensurate with their work activities.

E-learning
A key benefit of eLearning is that done well, it works. Diversey Consulting has a broad package of E-learning modules for all levels and audiences: from elementary modules for food handlers to elevated food safety audiences’ needs.
