As Key Account Manager, Ryan is responsible for developing national and regional accounts along with managing the implementation of key national and international accounts utilizing the sector customer value proposition to realize significant profitable value for Diversey while ensuring strong customer value and partnership.
Ryan began his career with Diversey in 2015 in our North American Technical Support Department earning the Lead Role. As Lead, he helped to launch what is known today as Diversey Remote Guidance. This tool has helped provide significant cost savings to our Field Operations, reducing the number of physical service vehicles on customer sites and in addition, establishing himself as a product knowledge expert. Since his time in North American Technical Support, he has continued to broaden his experience in Sales Support as the Sales Coordinator of Open Channel Distribution with specific focus on Prosumer Solutions, to Sr. Project Manager of Open Channel Distribution (Customer Facing). His problem-solving skillset was then requested by NALT to aid as Interim Associate Manager of Customer Supply Chain, to now being Key Account Manager of Hospitality, Foodservice, & Long Term Care.
In his nearly eight-year career here with Diversey, Ryan has shown himself to be a team player on many levels. He obtained his Professional Project Management from the University of Maryland in the Art of Story Telling & Effective Communication from the Project Management Center of Excellence.
Dave Hill, CP-FS is Diversey’s Analytics Manager for the US Technical Consulting Team. Dave joined Diversey 7 years ago as a sales coordinator and has worked within Diversey’s Retail Sector working with data, client support, and technology. Dave is a subject matter expert in data streams for client insights, Tableau dashboarding, and client facing Food Safety data. He has worked to standardize client data, developing the process to layer multiple data streams, and he provides real actionable food safety insights to Diversey clients.
Dave has a Bachelor of Science from St. John Fisher University and an MBA from St. Bonaventure University. Dave grew up in Upstate New York. He and his wife live in Charlotte, NC.

Irina joined Diversey in 1999 and since then has incorporated roles of increasing responsibility in marketing and sales, gathering profound Marketing experience and in-depth expertise across product ranges and verticals, as well as a good understanding of the cleaning hygiene industry, its competitive landscape, regulations and trends.
Irina holds a master degree in business administration, majoring in B2C marketing, as well as a Master in International Management (CEMS Master), majoring in B2B marketing. Irina is born in Cologne, Germany.

Douglas has been with Diversey for over 17 years and is currently in the role of Industry Expert – Foodservice on the Global Strategic Accounts Team. Previous to his current role in GSA, he served as the Operational Excellence Leader - Hospitality & Foodservice for the US Technical Team responsible for a team of Sector Application Experts and developmental training programs for the US Technical Team. Douglas has also held roles in Research and Development as a Senior Application Expert for Global Kitchen Care as well as a Principal Product Evaluation Expert on the Global Product Evaluation Team working on Diversey Care innovation projects. Before joining R&D, Douglas was a member of the US Technical Service Team as a Regional Operations Manager and helped oversee large customer rollouts including Accor, IHG and Ikea. He brings not only his Diversey Care experience to the team, but also a wealth of other experience as prior to joining Diversey he had worked in various positions in the Hospitality industry, including roles as an Executive Steward and as a Chef. Douglas earned a B.S. in Hospitality and Tourism Management as well as an AAS in Culinary Arts. Douglas is also a Design for Lean Six Sigma (DfLSS) Green Belt and holds a NEHA CP-FS Credential.
David Hammerquist is one of Diversey’s Operational Excellence Managers. As a member of the OEX team, he provides training and support to both new and veteran technicians in the field. David has been in the chemical industry for over 40 years, much of which he spent as a laundry specialist. He has been with Diversey for over 25 of those 40 years, in various positions – a field technician, a territory manager, an account executive, laundry specialist, application expert, and now on the OEX team. His primary role is to train technicians on all aspects of the laundry process and to develop the required training materials and processes.
David believes in equipping the technicians with a thorough knowledge of their job so that Diversey can continue to provide excellent customer service and superior results. David’s extensive knowledge of commercial laundries, chemicals, dispensers, and laundry equipment has made him in high demand all over the world for training and technical assistance. Companies in Singapore, Russia, Portugal, England, Saudi Arabia, and more, have sought him out to provide their employees with a deeper understanding of laundry chemicals and laundry processes.
David is the kind of person that goes the extra mile to help his fellow Diversey employees. He usually knows the answer, but if he doesn’t he will find someone who does. Dave is gifted at finding solutions for both Diversey employees and Diversey customers. He is a highly valued resource with an encyclopedic knowledge of laundry equipment and chemicals.
